As part of the Prodi-G Internship Programme 2026, we are looking for a curious and structured P&C Intern (PMO & AI) to join us for a 13-week full-time internship starting June 2026 in Singapore.

This role goes beyond traditional HR — it focuses on process improvement, project management and identifying opportunities to apply AI and automation within HR workflows.

Duration: 13 weeks (June – September 2026)

What You’ll Work On

  • Map and document existing HR processes across key areas (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle)
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and AI tools
  • Support PMO activities for P&C projects, including tracking progress, timelines and deliverables
  • Analyse workflows to highlight bottlenecks, duplication or manual effort
  • Collaborate with HR, Tech and Operations teams to explore automation solutions
  • Support testing and refinement of new tools or process improvements
  • Present recommendations on how HR processes can be simplified or enhanced

Who We’re Looking For

  • Final year students graduating in 2026 or fresh graduates (Class of 2025) who can commit full-time to the 13-week internship period (June – September 2026)
  • Relevant education in Business, HR, Information Systems, Analytics or related disciplines (specific degree title not mandatory)
  • Strong interest in process improvement, automation and AI applications in business functions
  • Structured thinker with strong organisational skills
  • Comfortable working with data, workflows or process mapping tools
  • Familiarity with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, or workflow/automation tools is a plus
  • Curious, proactive and able to work across multiple stakeholders
